I left off from Phi Phi island where we arrived and hadn't yet seen the beach in daylight.
It sure did look amazing with the big massive mountain-rocks and light green water..
We were sunbathing most of the day and for entertainment we played with a frisbe that we got from the local shop. In the evening we went to the gym that we were searching for last night-it was basically at the other end of the island last time. Anyway, the gym was quite fancy and cost more than the previous gyms we have been ( comparison -Chiang Mai 60 baht /there 400 baht ). It did have amazing views to the sea and mountains and it looked very good with new equipment.
Next day we had a similar day. We loved he island itself but we hated how far up the hill our hotel was, and we weren't found of our bungalow room we had at all because of all the bugs inside the room and noises in the night:/
Next day we took a ferry to Koh Lanta island. Now this island has been the most remote so far in terms of tourists and stuff going on. It seemed a smaller island with mostly local people. We stayed in this nice bungalow which was new and modern and it was literally straight at the beach.
The beach was nice but there were loads of rocks so you couldn't really swim properly.
We also visited a local gym, all the equipment was good but fairly basic gym. I also got a toothache, foot numbness and diarrhea from there. Not sure if the location is the one to blame.. Don't think so.
The weather was quite cloudy when we were there, but I think the sun was still getting us tanned through the clouds as we both had stronger tan lines. I also got into collecting shells from the beach as they look so cool and they make nice souvenirs;)
We didn't go around Lanta too much as I wasn't feeling great .
Now we are in Krabi Island. I like it here!
So far the hotel is in a good location, room is ok, beach is nice, all the restaurants and shops are close, even the gym is 3min away which we will explore tomorrow morning before our 7 Island tour.
When we got here today we went to the beach and as we were laying there I saw a guy with blue/black and white shorts on- definitely estonian. It was cool to see and I started thinking that I want to get something with estonian flag colours :)
Whilst sunbathing a woman came to talk to us and offered us massages. We agreed to go with her and we both got full body massages.. I enjoyed mine a lot as I like the massage hard and she was strong and really good. I was so sore from training and walking and sitting on busses crunched over so that was exactly what I needed!
Archie wasnt that happy with his massage as he didn't think it was strong enough, I think my woman could have been stronger to him but I really liked how she was massaging me so I really hoped he can sort it out by getting someone stronger but came out not really:/
Anyway hour long full body massage 400 baht which is about £7.50 crazy heh! On uk it would be £45 or around that :D
We had some food and went for a walk on the steers after, Archie got called a bodybuilder many times and got asked about his training. People are also touching his biceps a lot:D
Local celebrity:D
Anyway now we are laying at the hotel room and listening the rain. Yes , it started raining really really heavily.. When it rains it really rains here . An umbrella couldn't stop this!
Like I said, tomorrow 7 island tour., not sure how the weather will be but hopefully it will be sunny and the tour cool and that we get a lot of nice pictures;)
It's not great wifi ATM, but will try to add pictures here after. So come and have a look in few days or else from fb;)
Sending sun to where you are!
